Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any hardware back.
Secure Packaging
Place the GenerLink unit and all included accessories in the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Facility
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a tracked carrier to our certified inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
